If I have a Unified Service Desk view of a CRM record, How could I add functionality to upload a file to SharePoint (ribbon not available to open documents)?
Is there a way to navigate straight to the documents view of a record using USD or JavaScript?
Sub grid is not supported for this.
Would a custom control (html/js web resource) be the best way?
