hello,
in crm online when i press the save button the record been saved but the fields of the record are being deleted although the record are showed in the list.
when i checked if this happen also in crm 2013 i found out that the fields are not being deleted and are showed to the user.
what could be the problem? i would like that the fields will be not deleted after i press save.
