Hi everyone,
we want to use CRM 2015 as our new ticket-system.
I want to create a case, which contains a sort of checklist.
with that list, you shouldnt be able to resolve/close the case if there are any tasks on that checklist left unchecked ....
My question is:
do we have to develop this function inside the source code (if possible) or is there any function like this in the CRM 2015.
