Hi All,
I am getting below error while configuration of email router 2013
Outgoing Status: Failure - An error occurred while checking the connection to email server "smtp..." The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found .
I have configure email router for Outgoing Profile . Also It populate user in last tab. but when i tried to test "TestAccess" button on one of the user i am getting above error.
It was working correctly on Test environment .But Today we tried on QA it gave above error.
Can you please help on this.
