We currently use cases as jobs at the moment, we will change this once we upgrade to 2016 version.
We have a workflow in place that will create recurring jobs. This puts the name of one particular person in the “created by” box, the person who created the workflow to create the recurred jobs (cases). The field is greyed out so cannot be edited. Is there a way round this? Can I create another workflow to alter the created by box to the current user?
