Saving Attachments in CRM2o11

Hi Guys,

which one is the best solution for savin multiple attachments (from a custom web page) to a dynamic entity in CRM2011?
do you have some examples, please?

(i should be able then to open the attachment from the custom page, but also from the crm, and i should be able to delete or add more attachments)
