Error generates when saving templates

Hello-

When creating a new field or editing an exiting field upon save/close the system hangs and eventually displays an error message with no details.  Problem event seems to be an AppHangB1. 

Company recently updated to IE version 10.0.9200.17552.  Could this be causing the issue?  I am dead in water and unable to make any changes to any templates to our system. 

We employ the Dynamics CRM 2011 (Sql) Update RU12 CRM Server 5.0.9690.3236and Update RU6 CRM Server 5.0.9690.1992.
