CRM Quick Find Query

Good Day,

Is there any supported way to let the Quick Find view search using "Exact Matching" and not "Like Matching."

That is if I am searching for a product of ID:"LN4702" and there exists another product of ID":"LN4702C" ,I only want the search to show one result and not two.

Is that possible?
