If I click "Refresh from CRM", I get an error from the Excel Addin saying:
"An exception occured while calling function "HrButtonOnAction". The exception message is: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Whenever I use "Refresh all" in my worksheet, it clears the entire worksheet and everything becomes blank. Same thing if I try to refresh and individual cell.
If I right-click and choose Edit Query, I get a windows with a CRM message saying Invalid user Authorization.
I have tested different work sheets from different CRMs using different logins (some of which I'm sure are system admins).
What could be the problem here?
