Can someone please explain, on email alert form in workflow there is field "from":
So if i want to send e-mail as a person that has modified the record, what steps do i have to do.
Does the email need to be valid,
Does the e-mail have to be from someone that is crm user and has exchange licence?
Can the e-mail be from outside the organization, example gmail adress?
Why is field Regarding and Duraction important?
