Hi,
I'm currently in the process of migrating data from a 2011 On-Prem system to a 2016 Online system.
When exporting Account Records from CRM 2011, I have noticed 5 Account Records have the Relationship-Type label of 'New Prospect', but when exporting them to an Excel spreadsheet (Export to Excel) they have a value of blank (Null).
Moreover when exporting the Accounts using a tool like Data Synchronisation Studio, they are returning values of '12' and '3'. These numbers appear to interchange.
So we have:
CRM 2011: New Prospect
Excel: (Null)
DSS: 12 or 3
All of the other Account Records that have a Relationship-Type label of 'New Prospect' are displaying the correct value when exporting to Excel and exporting using DSS.
Four of the Accounts are Inactive with One being Active.
Does anyone have any ideas why there appears to be a disconnect between CRM 2011 and SQL for these Records?
