If I wanted to be able to 'set regarding' using the Outlook Client but wished to disable all of the syncing functionality. i.e syncing phone calls, appointments, tasks, fax etc. How would I go about this?
There's the option in system settings > email to set "Appointments, Contacts, and Tasks" to none. But does this also include other entities such as phone calls?
How can I ensure I'm disabling all sync at an organisation level? Would this impact the set regarding functionality?
