Outlook User
I successfully created the campaign activity of a phone call to three different users and there is one user that the new customized fields are not showing up for. I have tried to delete temporary internet outlook files and restart his computer, and we even looked through CRM online since he works through Outlook, and they do not appear. How can I get these fields on his phone call activity form?
Here is snapshot of the fields that are missing for him, they appear for me (Admin) and for all other users.
I also have a snapshot of the security roles, which are the same for the other users that DO have access to the fields.
Not sure what to do and would appreciate any guidance!
