My company upgraded to CRM 2015 from CRM 2011 about 3 months ago. After many, many trials & errors, our system now seems to be running fine.
Yesterday, after making some enhancements in one of our solutions that is on our Development server, I imported it into our Test Org. As I started to test, I found that I was unable to view any user profiles. I was able to display a list of enabled users, however when I drilled down to see a specific user profile, all I received was a blank screen - no form.
After using different user accounts in an attempt to resolve this problem, I received..."Error: Unable to get property 'ClientVariables' of undefined or null reference."
Upon researching, I found that there were other instances where forms were not loading properly and the solution seemed to be that I needed to add the Read privilege to Campaign to all of the security roles that were not able to "see" the forms.
Problem: I am not able to see the user form (and now it seems that other forms are also not loading correctly) while I am logged in as a Sys Admin - meaning that I already have all of the permissions.
Although the problem currently exists only in our Test Org, I am worried that once I import the solution components that currently reside there into Production site, this "form problem" will then be in Production - and THAT is not acceptable. So, any suggestions that might help me in finding a resolution to the above problem would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Michelle
