We have a use case where when the user click on the contact from outlook the business needs to pass some custom parameters in the url which can be used for doing some search in crm web.Is it possible to customize the url when I click the contact in outlook either from regarding field or from a view which will open up the contact in crm web with the additional parameters passed in the url. Our outlook client is crm 2013 and our on perm envt is crm 2015. I would also like to know the feasibility with crm 2016 also as we are planning to get migrated to crm 2016 online.
