Hopefully someone can stop me going even more insane here.
On our Active Contacts view we have added First Name and Last Name as separate columns (removed Fullname as it's not what was wanted as we need to sort on Last Name). We have the View sorted on Last Name ascending by default. When someone clicks the letters at the bottom to View records that begin with a particular letter, we would expect this to show the first letter of Last Name but it shows Contacts of those whose First Name begins with the letter.
We've checked in the V9 web interface and it works as expected - Contacts are in Last Name ascending order; click the letter and you get a filtered list of those whose Last Name begins with the letter.
Has anyone else experienced this and is it something that has been reported?
We could move Last Name to be the first column but this would look strange to the user.
Any advice appreciated as always guys.
