I have an interesting scenario where we have a customer that uses
- Office 365
- Microsoft CRM Online
The service account we are using on the Email Router has a mailbox & crm license assigned.
That service account also has Full Mailbox permissions to the CRM Users, and Send As permissions.
When we do the Test from the email router they all pass. When I perform the test and enable from within CRM they always fail. Doesn't have permissions etc. We are trying to use 'Server-Side Sync' for the Appointments, Contacts and tasks. None of these will pass.
Does anyone know of a good article for the exact answer?
