Hi
Imagine a scenario where multiple contact records share same email id as primary email address. for an example,
Indika Athukorala - 123@abc.com
Indika Athukorala[Support] - 123@abc.com
Now when 2 emails received from these 2 individuals, CRM will show From field as unresolved in both emails. Where user can manually resolve it to either Indika Athukorala or Indika Athukorala[Support] contact.
now user wants to resolve 1st email to Indika Athukorala and 2nd email to Indika Athukorala[Support]. however, as soon as user resolve first email to Indika Athukorala, CRM will automatically resolve 2nd email to same contact record as well.
Anyone encounter this scenario before and any solution for this??? is there is a way to prevent this...
