Hi:
I have configured email router for Dynamic CRM 2016 at my local server successfully.

and also configured my Online CRM, and Test and Enable Mailbox settings are successful.

Mail Box Result after Test and Enable Mail Box.

After Test and Enable MailBox resutl, I got these alerts.

after getting these successful result when I go to my Online CRM to send email,

I am getting the following error in my Event Viewer at my local server, where I have installed and configured Email Router.

#61042 - An error occurred while processing the outgoing email message with subject " CRM:0001029" for SMTP: disco.crm4.dynamics.com/orgName for delivery through smtp.gmail.com. I have tried my best to resolve this issue, but still no solution worked at my end,

I also changed checkbox of SSL in InComing and OutGoing profiles in my email router and still same error message.

I have used gmail account in email profile settings.

and used port: 995 for incoming

used port : 465 & 587 for outgoing in advanced tab of above 2 images.

kindly provide a solution.
