Hello everyone,
today i stumbled over a non day to day problem therefore I need some assistence of you the community.
I checked the systemjobs today and found a task which is called mass detection of duplicates which is owned by a former administrator whose user is no longer active. CRM therefore fails to perform this task and i can't check the task too to see what it does, because once i try to access the task it says that: "the user no longer exists... ask your administrator..." aso.
How can i change the owner of this task? The owner field itself is not accessible.
Thank in advance for any tipps regarding my concern.
