Hi, i'm asking a out of the box team/queue functionality in crm 2015.
so i have an item that is queued originally in a team queue, got picked by user A, so now the workerid is now user A.
If the record got assigned to another team queue (because the record needs futher approval), the owner of the item become the new team queue, but the workedby is still user A. Why is that an out of the box behavior? i would assume that the workerid should be cleared.
