Hi,
Duplicate case records are getting created with in 1 or 2 seconds or actual record creation with different case number. Data in the 2 records are exactly same except case number. Created on date and time is having 2 to 3 seconds difference. Did any body faced this issue earlier? If yes, please let me know the reason and resolution.
