Is Auto Complete feature of CRM 2016 is supported for old forms?

Hi,

I have implemented auto complete feature of CRM 2016 on account form, but when I am trying to use same code on Address form, it gives an error saying addOnKeyPress undefined. I referred below MSDN link for writting the code. Anyone has an idea whether this feature is supported on old entity forms?
