processtrigger With Id Does Not Exist Issue - Ribbon Workbench

I have tried the new version of Ribbon Workbench which was updated via the new Auto-Update feature. After the update, I could not publish the changes I made and was getting the following error.

processtrigger With Id ='' Does Not Exist Issue

I came across this link :

But I did not want to delete and re-create my BRs but then found the suggestion  from the following link and tried and it worked.

The work around is to change all the BRs to "All Forms" scope and change them back after the ribbon customization import. 

I thought having this on this blog might save a bit of time to someone.
