Looking for insights on Testing issues and Considerations before and after the upgrades - Migrate from Dynamics CRM 2011 to Dynamics CRM 2016.
Conditions: No new Customization & maintain same Configuration workflows
1) Can CRM Dynamics 2011 (inclusive of SUPPORTED customization) be upgraded to CRM Dynamics 2016 directly
2) Can CRM Dynamics 2011 (inclusive of UNSUPPORTED customization) can directly be upgraded to CRM Dynamics 2016?
3) Any lists are available for Unsupported CRM & Legacy Features in both of the above scenarios?
4) Is the upgrade path Dynamic CRM 2011 direct to CRM 2016?
(My understanding of Upgrade path is MS Dynamics -CRM 2011 > CRM 2013 > CRM 2016)
5) Data Migration - to Azure; Testing strategies (example: privacy compliance; security)
