Hi All,
I have installed Email router(2016) for CRM 2016 online and i have created profiles for POP.gmail.com. Incoming emails are not coming into the CRM,But Outgoing emails working.
Email Server Type: POP3
Incoimg Profile Port: 995
email Server: pop.gmail.com
Outgoing email Port: 25
email Server: smtp.gmail.com
Note: It was working fine in MS CRM 2015 Online,But not working in CRM 2016.
I have checked Event Viewer in my system,frequently getting following error for MS CRM EMail Router.
