Currently using CRM 2013. am created a Real time Workflow(Before and After) In Lead Entity.
I have Optionset two Fields
1. Lead Status (Global Option Set)Leads Status
2. Previous Status(Global Option Set)Leads Status
am retrieving before lead status value on update of set Lead status value in previous status field . but workflow not working.
Please can u suggest me which is best way to this.
