When users leave our company, we disable their record and remove their permissions from their account. They still have roles listed but they are no longer checked so they are still able to own a case even though they have left.
Managers then go into their lists and manually re-assign their work. Now sometimes they only look at the case and decide to leave it under the departed owner until they decide what to do with it. As in they look at the record and then close it without saving. It then shows as being modified by the person who was looking at it. Is this normal behaviour?
Any advice appreciated.
