Hi,
I have an issue with CRM for Outlook.
When trying to add an email to a case through the outlook client nothing happens. It works with other entities. I have tried this using CRM for Outlook 2015, and CRM for Outlook 2013.
Steps to taken:
-Connect outlook to CRM 2015.
-Go to cases.
-Go to the "Add" tab.
-Select a case.
-Click the "Email" button.
-Nothing happens.
Has anyone had this problem before? Any ideas?
