I am Unable to logon to MS CRM , we have provided MS CRM to this client while they are hosting it on their servers , for both the CRM and SQL servers.
The issue is when I try to open MS CRM I get the logon screen prompting for the username and password,after supplying then I receive the screen, Error they was a problem accessing the site,please try to browse again if the problem persists contact the administrator,reference number in the bottom"
The reference number changes each time you try and the MS CRM services are working.
I restarted them and run IIS reset ,no change
I checked through the event manager and they is no unusual error that occurred.
I believe MS CRM is running otherwise you will not be prompted with the username and password screen,I think this is the authentication issue.
Please advise what do you thinks the cause to this is?
