We have just upgraded our CRM 2013 On-Prem to CRM 2015 On-Prem and all looks good however i do have a question regarding the global search functionality.
I have amended the global search settings to include a custom entity called 'Bids'. This custom entity has a 'Bid Account' field that is lookup back to the Accounts entity.
So, there are Bids on the system and in this case there is a test Bid for the account 'Mcdonalds'.
When i do a global search it picks up the Account 'Mcdonalds' and also any contacts related to that but it doesnt pickup the Bid entity record at all (see below). What am i missing here?
