Hi Experts,
Need your expert advice. Will keep it short. We are upgrading the CRM 2011 to CRM 2016. We have CRM for outlook 2011 which will also upgrade to 2016. Below are the doubts.
1. Should we do a fresh install or upgrade the existing.
2. Do CRM 2016 support CRM for outlook 2011.
3. After fresh install or upgrade what happens to existing links i.e. tracked emails, contacts etc. Do we need to take some backup..?
Please help as it is urgent and i am not able to find something helpful on google.
