Hi,
I have to configure crm outlook widget for outlook existing IMAP account and ost file (see screenshot). As we know, dynamics crm doesn’t support IMAP. What is less painful algorithm to do this?
- I want to avoid such mistakes as “An unknown error occurred while synchronizing ..” and others
- And transfer all folders and rules of existing account to new POP account
I ll be very happy if you provide your answer with steps like “1. Delete 2. Create 3. Uninstall etc.”
