I am searching for the campaign and campaign activity process, how does it move from one status reason to the next, on what events or circumstances it will move and such. I am only seeing Status Reason Transition for the Case, having the ability to be customized but none for the campaign. I am interested for both of these entities's processes and to understand how they work.
I know a little about MDM/Dynamics Marketing's campaign stuff, but for this instance I am asking only within the area of CRM Campaign.
So I would like to ask if you can share any reference material related to this topic, or please share your insights if you're familiar with the processes. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
