I am trying to locate the official documentation from Microsoft relating to Outlook synchronisation, the area I am interested in is the Contact field mappings.
The only documentation I have been able to locate on the Microsoft website for fields mapping relates to CRM 4.
Please can someone let me know where I can find this information?
