Missing "Hide for all roles"

Hi, 

I have created an App in Microsoft Dynamics CRM V9. 

I would like to hide the default application for everyone. It seems that it can be done on the applications page by clicking on “Hide for all Roles” on the default app : 

But i cannot find that button, it seems that "..." is missing : 

Any ideas ?
