How to Show Customer relationship association

Hello Team,




As of my business requirement i have a scenario now,please suggest me how i can achieve this.
I want to show all relations in a grid as "Customer relationship association" section.
Let suppose I have 3 company i.e C1,C2,C3...
we have one consultant,who is consulting all of three company.
i have to shown a grid in side the account which having relationship like.


Company1 comapny2 Role
C1  C2  consaltant1
C2  C3  consaltant1   


please suggest me how can i achive this.
