With the new update of the CRM app for phone and tablet "full offline capability" was announced.
When trying the new app connected to CRM 2016 Online, it looks however that not much has been changed in the offline capability. In offline mode you can still only view records which you opened in online mode and you still need to manually upload offline created records.
Am I missing something? Is this really the new "full offline capability"?
