Hello everyone,
yesterday one of our users called me with a pretty strange problem.
He was unable to get acces to his contacts via CRM for Outlook, he can find them but he can't open them.
Error Message stated that the data record doesn't exist.
Nevertheless he can find AND access the contacts via CRM Online.
What could be the problem?
