I need your help in my doubt/query clarification for Dynamic CRM 2015 onpremise.
I have one doubt/query here which you guys can suggest better approach if possible in case. Please let me know!
My scenario- I have configured the global search for Dynamic CRM 2015 which works perfectly. Let's say i enter the phone number in the formatted way like (666) 660-1234 then i am able to get records searched. Here i wanted to tell you that i am formatting the phone field when user enters automatically.
What if i don't give in this formatted way then my records are not searched. But i want somehow this to be searched. Then how and what are the possible ways to make it happen.
One way i thought put another phone fields/attributes but do not apply formatting and keep it hidden on form and copy the values to another new phone field on all entity where ever is phone attributes placed on the form. Please let me know the best possible ways to achieve it.
