Hi:
I have a solution where our Sales person creates Targets, after that Targets are approved and converted to Lead record. other person will perform activity on this lead, i.e will contact this person for which lead is generated. I want to do a thing that If a Lead(Generated) is not contacted for 1 day, it should come back to Target again and this Target record should be highlighted.
Is there a way to do this thing.
