Social Engagement / Listening stuck at "Setting up.."

Hi,

I have recently activated a 30 days trial for CRM Online Professional. I would like to try out the Social Listening part of the solution.

The problem is that the CRM module is activated and working fine, but Social Listening application has been in the state of "Setting up.." for almost a week now. When navigating to http://portal.office.com I see all my avaible apps as bricks, and the Social Listening application as "Setting Up.." and no further information about what is happening.

I have assigned CRM-licens to 4 users, all 4 users experience the same problem. What am I doing wrong?
