I am using Unified Desk with CRM 2015 online. I want to know if it is possible to copy information (data) from a Quotation in CRM to an external application like SAP. if so, how? if not, what do you recommend I do to get closer to automatically copying data from a form in CRM to an external appliaction using the Unified Service Desk Application.
