Hi folks! I created a direct email and sent it to two of my contacts, and both email were received and visible in the system and in Outlook with "successful" messages in Closed Activity. I did this a few times while I tested the system. One day later (almost 24 hours exactly), I did the same thing but I did not receive the email and my colleague did. Both email were visible in the contact record Closed Activity and marked "successful."
I tried again by using another sender ID to the same two individuals. Again, my colleague received the email and I did not, although both email were in the Closed Activity tab of the contact record and marked as successful.
I have checked through my Outlook folders to see if the email went to an odd location, but they weren't there at all. I don't understand why I could see them a couple of days ago and then it stopped completely for me but worked for someone else.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
