How to select default form in Customize entity?

Hi,

We have a customize entity named as Claim. we also have created quick create form for the same.

When we click on Quick form, its opening the proper quick create form. But when we trying to open the normal form from Navigation, its opening only the quick create form instead on Normal (Regular) form.

Please suggest me if I'm missing any configuration in CRM.
