Write different expressions on a Tablix / Table in SSRS

I have a tablix inside a report and when I run it, it shows the results bellow:

Now:

1. I want to write/display the first row of the results in bold.

2. Where the value of STATUS is equal to Arrested, I want to put blank results on a PLACE and SOURCE OF INFO

Please help me.
