Opening Entity record errors with "Record Is Unavailable" when clicked

Using:

  • Microsoft CRM Online in Office 365
  • ADX Studio Portals 7.0.0021

This appeared to happen after I applied ADX Studio OAuth2 Provider Settings (as per instuctions) for Microsoft Account Authentication and by mistake created an App that pointed to CRM instead of my ADX portal in the Microsoft account Developer Center yesterday.  When I realised (24 hours ago) my mistake, I deleted the App, although today I still get the error below when trying to look at the website entity record.

Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=7.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: System.Web.HttpUnhandledException: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. I have used website copy > XML and then XML to a new website and that also has the same error when you click on in in CRM.

I have tried removing these site settings:

  • Authentication/OpenAuth/Microsoft/ClientId
  • Authentication/OpenAuth/Microsoft/ClientSecret

However no joy.

Note really sure if this is an ADX or Microsoft CRM and or LiveID issue?

Thoughts anyone?

Regards Paul
