Hello,
I am working on an email notification triggered by field changes on an opportunity record. This notification is supposed to pull in the opportunity products that have been associated with the opportunity. Querying on or exposing opportunity products has been a known limitation of Dynamics CRM. Has anyone found a workaround to doing this? My end goal is to be able to send email notifications with product information to the users or contacts listed on the opportunity. Any suggestions or feedback would be appreciated.
