I am using Dynamic CRM 2015 on-site and am trying to perform a bulk update of Contact records. However, I am having issues getting the owner field to update - it seems to ignore the updated value.
I am exporting in to Excel from a view using the "Dynamic Worksheet" and adding the Owner field to ensure this is exported. I then export to Excel successfully.
I open the Excel file and change the value of the Owner field in one row to the Full Name of another User in the system.
When I then import the data via the wizard, the job finishes successfully but the Owner field remains unchanged.
Has anyone seen this before? I've run out of ideas.
