I'm not finding any way to modify the Case Resolution form. My solution does not care about Times and I would like to remove those fields. I see where you can get to that form ffrom the Case Resolution entity, but when you open it all editing is disabled and you can't even do a Save As.
Any other suggestions on how to bypass this form? Maybe create a new button on the ribbon that runs a workflow?
